We believe counseling is a space to feel supported so you may receive positive feedback and respectful challenges.
Your First Session
In your first visit, expect to talk about what brings you in, what you would like support with, and what you hope will feel or look different in your life.

Follow-Up Sessions
We will move at a pace that allows a balance of reflection and practical interventions. Our hope is that our work together helps you feel seen, grounded, and supported as you move toward meaningful life changes.

In-Person Counseling
The office is designed for a calm and comfortable counseling experience. The space includes counseling rooms on both floors, a welcoming lobby, a multipurpose room, and areas that support reflection and creativity. We offer simple comforts such as water, candy, tissues, fidgets, and weighted stuffed animals to help you feel more at ease.

Tele-health
Research shows that tele-health is as effective as in-person counseling for many concerns.

Get the most from your virtual session
A little preparation goes a long way toward making your sessions feel comfortable, private, and productive.
Set up your space
Choose a quiet, private room where you feel comfortable. Let others know not to disturb you.
Protect your privacy
Close the door and use headphones or a sound machine to dampen noise.
Check your tech
Test your camera, microphone, and internet connection a few minutes before your session starts.
Make it yours
Keep a blanket, pet, fidget, tissues, or a glass of water nearby.
