Kailey believes that each person is unique and requires an individualized counseling approach. She places special emphasis on mindfulness as well as recognizing how one’s values contribute to daily decision making. Kailey actively listens to her client’s desires and assists them with setting then reaching their goals. Kailey’s overall aim is to help clients become accepting and proud of themselves. Kailey utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and techniques aligned with Acceptance and Commitment and Cognitive Behavioral therapies.
Kailey received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Salve Regina University in 2020 and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2023. Kailey Kruis is a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina and a Clinical Professional Counselor in Maine.
