Equity Based Sliding Scale
The Multicultural and Social Justice Counseling Competencies remind us that financial access, systemic barriers, and advocacy shape professional practice. With rising educational costs and federal loan changes affecting counseling students, we recognize the financial strain many emerging counselors carry. To support greater access to affordable supervision, individual supervision fees are set using a sliding scale that considers income, dependents, and required student loan debt payments. This scale yields individual session rates from $75 to $125. Group sessions are a flat rate of $50 per session.
