Our Counselor

Jenais Y. Means, MA, LPC, LCMHCA, NCC

Jenais is the lead counselor at Collaborative Means. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Xavier University of Louisiana (New Orleans, LA) and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University (Columbia, SC).

Jenais is family and community oriented. She cherishes shared meals with her parents; loves spending time with her nieces, nephews, and godchildren; and she appreciates every opportunity to nurture her mentees. In her free time, Jenais enjoys activities that fuel her creative spirit including dancing, playing the violin, and mixed media artistry.

Jenais Y. Means is a South Carolina Licensed Professional Counselor, a North Carolina Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, and a National Certified Counselor.
